These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 1998 Rich platform, including its website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing or using any part of the 1998 Rich platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1998 Rich's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
